Pendant la durée du contrat, nous nous engageons à faire circuler de la publicité imprimée par l’intermédiaire des journaux, des magazines et de cartes postales. La fréquence d’envoi de la publicité imprimée sera déterminée entre nous en fonction des délais que vous souhaitez accorder à la vente de votre propriété.
ÉVÉNEMENTS MARKETING
Il ne faut jamais sous-estimer le pouvoir du « bouche à oreille »! Au cours du premier mois d’inscription de votre propriété, les événements les plus importants seront les visites libres et les visites-courtiers.
Durant la période de visite libre, vous nous permettrez d’ouvrir les portes de votre propriété aux visiteurs un dimanche de 14h à 16h.
La deuxième semaine d’inscription sera consacrée aux visites-courtiers. Rassurez-vous : les visites libres ne porteront pas atteinte à votre vie privée et ne mettront pas à risque la sécurité de votre maison. Votre courtier sera présent tout au long du processus et ne laissera aucun acheteur potentiel seul dans votre demeure.
VISITES VIRTUELLES, MARKETING PHOTO ET VIDÉO
Puisque la technologie occupe une place très importante dans notre vie de tous les jours, l’embauche d’un photographe professionnel peut avoir une importante incidence sur la vente de votre maison. Avant d’inscrire votre propriété, nous nous assurerons que des photos HDR de celle-ci soient publiées et qu’une vidéo de marketing soit disponible en ligne.
